With each meditation is gazing into the treetops, listening to the voice of thunder, sitting on the stone, feeling the raindrops on our skin, we awaken the cosmic principle that exists in all of us. We learn to respect our planet and the miracle of life and all things on the earth.

The collection includes eight meditations for each season in the form of litanies-dialogues. They can practice in the moment of solitude or in group prayers, indoors or outside, in the great Temple of Nature.
