Vladimir (ze'ev) Jabotinsky is considered one of the fathers of modern Zionism. His ideas have had a revolutionary impact on the national consciousness of the Jewish people, their influence is felt in modern-day Israel.

In the present collection includes selected articles and speeches by V. Jabotinsky, including translated from Hebrew (he wrote mainly in Russian), as well as the memories of the struggle for the creation of a Jewish Legion "the Word about shelf" and the autobiographical "Story of my life", Russian translation of which was published in 1985 in publishing "Library alia".
