Aristophanes is revered as the "father of Comedy". He wrote over forty works, of which have survived eleven. Passed century, but the Comedy of Aristophanes continue to live. The political events that were criticized in their works of Aristophanes are long gone, but the true enjoyment for the reader inexhaustible comic ingenuity of the author, his wit and genius, the courage with which he extracts the funniest of all, whatever you relate to.
