The jawbone of a mule

Alexander Ilichevsky - known novelist, winner of the award "Russian Booker", once admitted that "I got used plan-draft for prose to write in a verse". Before us is a book consisting of short stories, much like prose poems. Or - Vice versa - the verses representing the dotted line of a story or novel. Anyway, the plots marked in these texts draw on the full history in them, as the author writes the Preface to the book V. Gubalowskie, "so many things unsaid, is omitted, but in these cracks whips validity as water in the hold of a ship".
