In his book, Yevgeny Yevtushenko tells about the history of the Thirteenth Symphony by Shostakovich, which rightfully belongs to the great works of the twentieth century, and the history of his poem "Babi Yar", published in "Literaturnaya Gazeta" in 1961 and immediately became the event.
