Description
The book of Vladimir Dolinsky is a fascinating story about encounters with your favorite people, actors, Directors and just good people with whom the author was driving his difficult life, a story about a time in which we lived and live. And yet the book contains excellent recipes from someone who knows about food.
Four years God every Sunday morning on TV was a handsome, well-nourished man with the kindest smile welcomed viewers: "Good morning, my dear!"
And even if someone from "expensive" in trouble, morning he actually became good. In his "titbit", one of the first cooking shows, Vladimir Dolinsky cooked-fried-steamed so juicy and delicious that it has become a welcome guest in every kitchen - dishes prepared by him were invariably the most democratic, accessible to any family.
He did the cooking himself, without stand-stunt, in direct and figurative sense - pure butter, and every time his cooking was accompanied by the kindest jokes, quips, anecdotes - cheerful chatter, which he described as the culinary monologues. At the peak of popularity "Tidbit" the host decided to leave the transfer - he joked that turns into Russian chefs, and his hamlet is not yet played. But it is not Hamlet, and culinary monologues now once again can come to every home, where I like to eat.
Happy reading and Bon appetit, dear readers!
