Description

For the first time in Russian linguistics analyzes the anthropological tradition of three European Nations - Italian, Spanish and Russian. It is shown that despite their resemblance to modern anthroponymic systems, in which there are first name and last name - inherited component of anthroponym, every nation has its own special tradition of naming people, reflecting ethnic view of the world and place in it the individual. Modern anthroponymic system is the result of centuries of evolution and action of various factors: religious, legal, historical, ethnographic, actually language.
In the field of view of the author are problems of typology Italian, Spanish and Russian names and surnames, the pragmatic aspect of their use, semantic and grammatical features of anthroponyms, their cognitive capacities, relationships, personal names and appellative vocabulary and socio-cultural parameters of the functioning of proper names.
