The taming of the Queen

1543. Catherine Parr finds himself in a difficult situation: king of England Henry VIII has just proposed to her. He wants her to became his "consolation in old age." That's the only Catherine in doubt. One year has passed since then, as she was widowed and hoped that the words of a monarch error, a joke of destiny. But Henry does not even think to retreat and gets her.

Now Catherine will not only become the wife of one of the most violent people, but try to beat the competition in the dangerous game for the throne. After the defeat in such a fight was always hard, and the final one – death.
