The mysterious customer hires Mack to investigate the murder of a certain Megan Wallace. Police believe the case is elementary: guilty local drifter and drug addict. But the case is much more complex and confusing when the Mac detects the dangerous web that is woven traps, assassins, powerful rich, fuelling Vice and debauchery. If the boy didn't kill Megan, who set him up? And how far will these people trying to keep secret his guilt?
