Delicate boys, strong girls. Upbringing, free from stereotypes

Raising sons and daughters, parents often look at children through the prism of their biological sex, forgetting about their individuality. Supporters of sex-role approach believe that men and women have to perform men's and women's roles under the traditional model, regardless of their desires and inclinations. But there is another approach – gender, in which at the head of the man, not his biological gender.

The supporter of this approach and is the author of the book. Read it and maybe you will not want to shame his son for the tears: "don't cry, you're a boy", do not blame the daughter: "You're a girl, you must be neat" – and learn how to play the games that interest them, even if traditionally they are considered to be inherent in the opposite sex.
