In this edition, published two novels of Ivan Turgenev.
"Fathers and sons" — the most philosophical of all of Turgenev's novels in which the writer tried to understand the nature and direction of "new people" — the heroes of a new era in the public life of Russia.
"The noble nest" is a story of unrequited love character, strong spirit, a lot of survivors, the last representative of an old noble family, with his broken dreams and the noble humility with destiny.
