The title of this book gave a line from the article M. Tsvetaeva "Poet-climber", dedicated to the memory of N. Gronsky. When, after the death of his young friend she first saw printed in the newspaper of his poetry (the poem "Belladonna"), has experienced the feelings that echoed in her "a few strokes of the heart." Reading today correspondence poets, unwittingly become a witness of their relationship, declarations of love, literary interviews, and household stories.

Letters Gronsky and a large part of Tsvetaeva's letters have never been published before. In the Applications section includes poems and articles Tsvetaeva, which she dedicated Gronsky and his art, as well as the aforementioned poem.
