Young Bride

In the new novel of Alessandro Baricco "Young Bride", as in his famous "1900", the atmosphere of the early twentieth century. We get to the house where daily life define strict rules, and the characters are strictly fixed roles: Father, enjoys unquestioned authority, flighty beautiful Mother, an enigmatic Daughter, Uncle, who but a short time to awakening from a deep sleep. Every morning from England comes a telegram from her Son. Text her the same: "All is well". But the Young Bride, who came from Argentina to marry the Son, necessarily violates the established rituals, because it don't know what game the Family involved and what's at stake.
